What this site does with data

Last updated 2026-10-24. This policy is for myfrenchpresses.com and its brand subdomains.

Reaching us by email

If you write to [email protected], we get your address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply. We do not add you to a list and we do not sell it. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.

Server logs kept for security

Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. These logs exist to block abuse and fix errors. They are not used to build a profile of you and they are not sold.

The picker in your browser

The catalog picker saves your choices in your browser's localStorage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it. No account is created and no email is required to use the picker.

California residents and CCPA

We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA. If you are a California resident and want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email [email protected] and we will act on the request.

Children and this site

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Asking for deletion

To have any data we hold about you removed, email [email protected] with the subject line deletion request. Include the email address you used. We will confirm once it is done. Server logs age out on their own schedule.

Visit counts

This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
